MuniEnvironmental started the new year with a new addition to the team: Stephen Howe. Howe joined the firm as a Senior Consultant in January 2020.

Stephen brings substantial knowledge and experience in solid waste and recycling to MuniEnvironmental. He has a strong background with solid waste franchise assessments and is well-versed in solid waste regulations and legislation, diversion, recycling, composting, alternative technologies and food/organics recovery and recycling.
He is also highly experienced working with municipalities, businesses and schools on their waste reduction and recycling efforts. He has worked with several local governments including the cities of Irvine, Costa Mesa, Laguna Hills, Maywood, Norwalk and Montebello.
